Trail ride in the Grasslands

BEAUTIFUL DAY in Texas so I made Allison go trail riding with me. Yes, she loves riding, but prefers riding in an arena rather than on the trails. Trail riding is BORING if you ask her.

Horses were great, saw a cow and calf, some hunters, tons of horses and a few people hiking. Some kids were hiking with a backpack and THAT freaked out sensitive Skippy! But for the most part he was great!

Took the new camera and Alyssa, Allison and Katie out to the Grasslands to play with it. My dumb butt had it on the wrong White Balance setting which screwed up a bunch of pictures, but live and learn!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Nice low key day. We went to see New Moon this morning, which was AWESOME BY THE WAY!! Then played with my camera the rest of the day...it doesn't get better than that!

Nov 25 Alyssa comes home!!

Another long day at work....then Alyssa was late getting here due to traffic. But John and I went to a burrito place and I had a YUMMY burrito!!

Boring Monday

Work was BORING. I guess it's because Jennifer went home early and I was stuck with Coley who doesn't want to be there. She's nice enough I guess, but I just have nothing to say to her....so it was BORING.

Took the dogs out this morning to play with the camera and give Jonas some exercise. He's going to school tomorrow so hopefully he burns some energy while he is there.

I am going to go to Target or Walmart at lunch and try to find a camera bag for the new camera. Oh and I found out that the extra lens will be here next week!! I wish it was going to be here this weekend, but oh well...I'll have it for the football game at least!
