Not the weekend I wanted.  Got up and went to the football game, only Texas forgot to show up....the game was awful. They got beat by one of the worst teams ever so we left early.  I still wasn't feeling all that great, so we really didn't do much of anything.

Not a great day.  Woke up at 5 and was sick.  Apparently I caught the stomach bug that was going around work.  So I barfed for the first few hours of the day, then attempted to get ready to head to Austin for Alyssa's parents weekend.  Thankfully I didn't get sick in the car, but I slept pretty much the whole way there.  I was going to try to go to the parents night dinner, but I just felt too bad. So we decided to skip it and watch Game 6 of the Ranger/Yankee playoff series instead.  Alyssa and Trey came over and watched the game with us so it was still a good time. 

  The Rangers won and are going to the World Series, so although I wasn't happy to be sick, I was happy to see them clinch the series and beat the Yankees!!

Watching the ALCS with the family tonight!!   Allison is pretty addicted to playing games on her Macbook.

Went to the last regular season home game.  Rangers lost but it was still fun.  Allison got Matt Traenor to sign a baseball for her, and CJ Wilson met us at the gate!!
